of the people.

Reading: 1 Timothy 2: 1-8
St Paul tells the young man Timothy ( to whose care
Paul entrusted the Christian community) how to lead
the public prayers and to rely on the power of God.
Gospel:
Luke 16: 1-13
Jesus praises the dishonest man who realises that his
future depends on how he behaves. At the end, it will
be our deeds of love that count.
